Great customer support! They were able to tell me exactly what key I needed and super cost effective!
Jimmy Bamberger
I originally ordered the wrong lug nuts. They were too long, and the center hub cap wouldn’t close properly. I reached out to explain the issue, and they agreed that the information on their website wasn’t very clear. They immediately made the necessary changes to the website and even sent me a prepaid return label.
I then ordered the correct lug nuts, and they fit perfectly!
Great customer service from start to finish. They listened, acknowledged the issue, fixed the problem, and made the whole process easy. You don’t see customer service like that everywhere anymore. Highly recommend! 👍

This company delivers exceptional products backed by truly outstanding customer support. The Farad locking lug nuts are extremely well-made, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the way a recent customer service issue was handled.
What impressed me most was their commitment to standing behind their products and taking care of their customers. Their responsiveness was remarkable. After working with countless vendors over the years, I can honestly say Farad ranks among the top 1% for customer service and follow-through.
It's refreshing to find a company that combines quality products with such a strong customer-first approach. Keep up the great work!

I bought a used vehicle and it had wheel locks and NO KEY! To make matters worse, they even kept the Key Code Card. Michael at Farad looked at one simple photo, and immediately provided me with the code needed to order a new key. I was literally to the point of walking that direction with hammer and chisel in hand. He didn’t just save my wheels, but he also saved me my entire weekend and gave me the piece of mind knowing that if I have a flat tire, that I can safety change it without being stranded!! THANKS!!
Brad
Super helpful, responsive, and prompt in figuring out and sending a replacement key that was not provided with the vehicle when purchased. Would recommend.

Love the idea that the key reaches deep below the sudo lug that spins.
Can’t imagine how a thief would try to compensate for that.

I purchased a part for my van through a distributor. The part didn’t fit so I reached out to this manufacturer. Michael Höpfl went above and beyond for me. He knew more than the distributor about their part number matched it to one of the manufacturers. Had me send him pics of the fitment issue, body style of my van and worked with his colleagues in Italy to ship me the correct part. I highly recommend. Especially if you drive a T1N. Best costumer service I’ve ever experienced.
