I wish to thank Michael Hopfl at Farad USA for all the time he invested in my search for locking lugnuts.<br><br>People need to know Farad is the OE manufacturer for Audi, Porsche and VW lug nuts. They can't say that as, well... you know how dealers are.<br><br>He can put together any combination of lugnuts and/or locks you may need. Price was fair, service exemplary. Call Miami.<br><br>They even give you two wheel locks. I originally ordered the wrong lug nuts. They were too long, and the center hub cap wouldn’t close properly. I reached out to explain the issue, and they agreed that the information on their website wasn’t very clear. They immediately made the necessary changes to the website and even sent me a prepaid return label.<br><br>I then ordered the correct lug nuts, and they fit perfectly!<br><br>Great customer service from start to finish. I bought a used vehicle and it had wheel locks and NO KEY! To make matters worse, they even kept the Key Code Card. Michael at Farad looked at one simple photo, and immediately provided me with the code needed to order a new key. I was literally to the point of walking that direction with hammer and chisel in hand. I purchased a part for my van through a distributor. The part didn’t fit so I reached out to this manufacturer. Michael Höpfl went above and beyond for me. He knew more than the distributor about their part number matched it to one of the manufacturers.
